Bi-Metal Matrix II - Matrix bi-metal blades consist of a high speed matrix cutting edge, electron beam welded to a low alloy shock resistant back. The matrix cutting edge resists heat in excess of 1000 degrees and as a result, can cut hard materials at speeds of up to 10 times faster than carbon blades. They are blades of choice for high speed, production type cutting involving a wide range of materials and/or cutting conditions.

All welded to length blades are cut to length and welded ready to use. Bands a fraction over the foot, figure as next half foot. Bands a fraction over the half foot, figure as next full foot.
